چکیده
Introduction. Modern surgical approaches to inguinal hernia repair are laparoscopic (TAPP and TEP) open (Lichtenstein procedure), which based on prolene mesh prosthetics. Despite the widespread use of these methods in practice, frequency typical postoperative complications: hematoma scrotum region, false recurrence, paresthesias, neuralgia, etc.
Aim. To compare TAPP, TEP, Lichtenstein analysis long-term treatment outcomes.
Materials methods. We performed 211 patients. All them underwent tension-free using a prosthesis. procedure was 65 patients group), TAPP group) 81 TEP (TEP In 30 different groups, blood flow vessels testis studied after procedures within 45–60 days.
Results. Probably (p<0.001) faulty recurrence observed more often group. Seromas that persisted for than days (p<0.01) seromas required intervention — puncture (p<0.05) were likely be noted Indicators such as (up one year) intensity chronic neuralgia Lichtenstein, groups differed improbably. The systolic velocity group before operation (19.70±3.53). period, an incredible decrease (19.28±3.41). group, preoperative (19.83±3.27) improbably decreased (19.47±3.44) days. A similar improbable (19.80±3.56) (19.63±3.51)
Conclusions. endoscopic correction safe terms complications do not affect testicular arteries.

Anastomosis Procedure through an Inguinal Hernia Incision in Simultaneous Laparoscopic Anterior Resection and Inguinal Hernia Repair
For laparoscopic anterior resection, an additional small incision is usually placed in the left lower quadrant or the suprapubic portion. As a left inguinal hernia incision is close to both the left lower quadrant and the suprapubic portion, such an incision can be used for anastomosis in laparoscopic anterior resection, without additional incisions. We report a laparoscopic anterior resection ...

The safest and most effective inguinal hernia repair (laparoscopic versus open mesh) is being debated. As the authors point out, the former accounts for the minority of hernia repairs performed in the United States and around the world. The reasons for this are a demonstration in the literature of increased operative times, increased costs, and a longer learning curve. But the laparoscopic appr...

.. Objective: To compare the results of Inguinal Hernia repair using commonly employed methods of Bassini’s and Mesh repair. Methodology: This study included 90 cases of hernia repair ranging over a period of 18 months from October 2008 to Mar 2010 at Social Security Hospital Lahore. All the cases were done by the consultants and senior surgeons. The methods of repair included Bassini’s and Her...

The pre-operative assessment of the patient, and the precautions against infection and DVT are identical to the open “mesh” procedure. The surgery requires the development of a preperitoneal space behind the abdominal muscles using a balloon dissector in the first instance and a subsequent structural balloon to maintain the space, together with insufflation with Carbon dioxide to facilitate vis...

BACKGROUND AND OBJECTIVES Inguinal hernia repair is among the most common procedures performed worldwide and the laparoscopic totally extraperitoneal (TEP) approach is a recognized and effective surgical technique. Although technically advantageous because of the option of no mesh fixation and no need for creation of a peritoneal flap resulting, in less postoperative pain and faster recovery, T...
